| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 1, 2007 Updated: Sep 1, 2007bottle uto. Golden with decent, lasting foamy head. Great sour apple aroma - yeast, citrus and cork hints. Taste is a real let down. Tastes like someone watered down a perfectly good gueuze. There is flavour on the palate - lightly tart citrus, apple and pear - the tongue is stimulated, but it is so thin bodied, it brings any good characteristics tumbling down. Maybe I have a bad bottle? shrubber85 (3014), Wallhalben, Germany
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 5/5 | 16/20 | May 31, 2007 Bottle. Sour musty aroma with a hint of barnyard. Hazy pale yellow with small head. Sour lemon flavor - tart, musty and dry. Extremely well blended. The most traditional lambic from Lindeman - the best introduction to the style on the basis of cost, availability, and taste. | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 25, 2007 Sour. Duh! Pretty simple palate, obviously mouth puckeringly sour, very much like citric acid. Very dry finish, a little bit of funk, but not really complex. allfreej (376), Louisville, Kentucky, USA

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | May 11, 2007 Pours golden / orange with a dense fluffy cloud-like head. The aroma is spicy and funky as can be with horseblanket, wild yeast, grainy and extra funk - quite crisp and enjoyable. Medium body that’s fairly creamy with a good deal of soft frothy carbonation. The flavors start very acidic with ultra tart lemon, some funky spice and a bit of wild yeast. The finish has lots of peppery spice and citrus. This was enjoyable and unique. Thumbs up to the best offering from the brewery. rederic (1816), montréal, Quebec, Canada
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | May 8, 2007 SLightly hazy golden orangeish hue, with an off-white head, but leaving laces, nice tart and geen apple sourness, with barnyard, horseblanket, yeasty funkiness, hint of mustiness, wet oakiness, with a faint acidic citrus note in the aroma follows through on a mediumbodied lambic palate with some good tartness, sharp sourness, with a fruity rhubarb acidity, wild yeast mustiness, leading towards a fruity acidic dry finish.
