Sampled from a 750 ml green bottle this beer poured a bright golden color with a large white head. The aroma is a complex mix of yeasty, musty, tangy and fruity elements. The flavor is very tart and bitter. There is a hint of citrus. There is a strong element reminiscent of sweet tart candies. The finish is long, dry and tart. Probably the most traditional of the Lindemans lineup. MiP (9157), Sønderborg, Denmark

The flavour is a little acidic with a tiny hint of earth and a dry aftertaste. The driness reminds me of something sugarfree. xproudfoot (729), Paleolithic, Pennsylvania, USA

I’m going to enjoy another bottle of this for dessert on Turkey Day (tomorrow). Believe it or not, my girlfriend actually liked this one, as well as the other Lindeman’s. Very malty, love the slight sourness typical with geuzes. Tastes is actually typical of some spumates I had in Italy. Very white-wine-ish. Lovely. anders37 (4774), Malmö, Sweden

Aroma is more dry floural hoppy than expected, tart apples and yeasty barnyard greatness makes it all good. Taste is similar quite a bit of unexpected spice like brown sugar 5 spice flavour but it is very subtle. Alround a very satisfying gueuze, thank fuck i have another 7 50 in the fridge.
