Aroma is very sour, fruity (apple) and citric. Very tart wild-yeast character. Long and not so pleasant dry acidic finish, and like my girlfriend said that this is dreadfully sour and absolutely undrinkable brew. I’m not so critical but I don’t like it. Sour, puckering green fruit flavor that immediately acitvates all saliva glands, hay malt and grassy, floral yeast and cobwebs, floral green hops. Medium bodied, fizzy and and wet palate. thedm (3836), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Nov 2, 2006 This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a medium sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that was long lasting and left behind a transparent typically carbonated orange colored body and a good lacing. The complex aroma was farmhouse. The mild lambic flavor contained notes of bubbly slightly acidic mild farmhouse lambic like tartness sweet and dry. Delicious and one I would certainly buy again. Perhaps my highest ratiing on a lambic yet! Doggythedog (1591), Split, Croatia
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Oct 30, 2006 Bottle at Hopdevil, Zagreb My first Gueuze :). Do note that I had it VERY cold. I’ll try it again warmer, next time. Poured a beautiful deep apricot colour with scant traces of a white head. Not much in the nose... courtesy of the coldness I guess. Just some raisins-dipped-in-alcohol. The taste is... quite sour... what a surprise (hah). An appley sourness makes up most of the taste, with hints of grape seeds, yeast and tiny traces of some agrume running around I think. Absolutely refreshing, but lacked complexity. Very dry. As I said, I’ll be having this again, a bit warmer.... though I wouldn’t mind having it again like this too. brewblackhole (1384), Muskego, Wisconsin, USA

Only had a glass of this, will have to buy a bottle zebracakes (1216), Washington DC, USA

Taste is phenomenal. Nice amount of carbonation - not too much, not too little. The acidity is perfect, and tartness lingers afterwards. Smokey, tart finish. Highly recommended.
