750ml bottle. Pours hazy gold with a small off white head. Smells a little skunky, some hard cider, and white wine. Tastes very sour, flavors of sour apple, light fruit, and some citrusy bitter grapefruit rind. Long sour aftertaste. Champaigne body. Not bad.

Pours a cloudy dark golden orange color with a thick foamy head. Funky tart aroma that is sweet, sour and vinuous at the same time with yeast and light crisp frruit notes. Sour and puckering with a nice amount of carbonation. Champagne-like with sweet crisp light fruits (apple, pear and grape) and a very dry sour finish. Acidic.

golden pour, looked like wine more than beer, aromawas yeast, a bit musty, apples, and citrus. flavor was sweet and apple, alot of carbonation, didnt havethe sour bite that a cantillon has, which i enjoyed...the flavor wasnt as good, but the drinkability was a little bit better imo.

Pours into an apple-cidery golden color with a nice crown of white head that leaves lace as it disappears. Very nice. Smells fruity but not sweet. Apples and grapes lead the pack here. Taste is very nice. This is a sour brew, don’t get me wrong, and it is a departure from typical lindeman’s fare, but it is not overwhelmingly so. Hints of the fruits, mostly apple. This is a very thin and heavily carbonated drink, but without the carbonation, this wouldn’t be as good. Very well done on this front as no other combination would seemingly work. This would be a great beer to introduce to those unfamiliar with the style or beer at all. Drinkability is good. I think I will be able to finish the bottle and although it is pricey, I would love to always have some of these sitting around for special occasions and would like to get one to age. Very great drink overall.

750mL corked bottle. Pours opaque golden with white head. Nice wild yeasty aroma. Taste is refreshingly sour, not much depth.

330 mL corked. Pours a beautiful hazy yellow with a two-finger, off-white, rocky head that leaves spotty lacing. Aroma is extreme sour apples (almost like Warhead candies), Brett, sour peaches, grapefruit, oak, and lemon. Taste is Warhead watermelon candy, sour green apples, peaches, lemon, sweeter cantaloupe shows through eventually. Very drinkable and refreshing. Long, sour aftertaste. I really love this. An excellent lambic.

355ml green capped and corked bottle purchased at the liquor store in Tyngsborro, Mass. Pours a crystal-clear golden body with virtually no head to speak of. Smells fruity and acidic. Tastes fruity sweet and acidic sour. Light in body with moderate carbonation. Very drinkable. I wish I had more to say about this beer, I really enjoyed it and it’s the best Gueuze I’ve had thus far, and it disappeared more quickly that I would have liked.

Interesting aroma...wide array of fruits, notes of nut, wood and a faint hint of floral/herbal/grass. Flavor is similar, with some notes of grapefruit, grass, oak and something that I might liken to leather. Overall the impression is of a complex and aged champagne.
