Dec 24, 2006 Bottle. An amber beer with a slight haze underneaty a thick fluffy off-white head. The aroma is quite complex with notes of wood, grapefruit and other fruits, as well as dusty note. The flavor is refreshingly sour with notes of grapefruit, wood, dust, and leather. Leading ot a dry acidic end, where the complex flavors lingers for a long while.

Jul 17, 2005 (Bottle 75 cl) Vintage 1994. Most Lindeman products are sweetened and "commercial", but then comes this traditional gueuze. Dark amber and surrprisingly lively since it’s five years old. This has got all the typical gueuze notes of vinegar etc. etc., very tart indeed with flavours that evolve ever so beautifully in your mouth. Hardcore stuff. 240699

Nov 17, 2007 37.5 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a diminished white head. Slight soapy, brett and mild barnyard aroma. Flavour is mild acidic into a mild citric tone. Quite mild and smooth. Also a smooth finish with no classic gueuze sharpness.

Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. (300807)

Dec 7, 2006 Bottle, 5%. Acidic, slightly moldy aroma, a littl earthy. Amber colour. The flavour is a little acidic with a tiny hint of earth and a dry aftertaste. The driness reminds me of something sugarfree.

Jan 29, 2006 Bottled. Golden colour, big bubbly white head. Sour fruitish aroma. Flavour is dry fruits with some sour hints. Overall quite a sweet Gueuze in my opinion. A bit sticky palate afterwards. The yeast from the bottom of the bottle added fulliness to the palate.

cloudy gold, pours with a big head that quickly settles into a thin white head, light traces of lace, tart spicy lemon aroma, good body, nice tart flavor, good lemon character, tartness grows into a good sour finish, very smooth and drinkable for a gueuze
