Most Lindeman products are sweetened and "commercial", but then comes this traditional gueuze. Dark amber and surrprisingly lively since it’s five years old. This has got all the typical gueuze notes of vinegar etc. etc., very tart indeed with flavours that evolve ever so beautifully in your mouth. Hardcore stuff. 240699 yespr (12429), Copenhagen O, Denmark

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jan 29, 2006 Bottled. Golden colour, big bubbly white head. Sour fruitish aroma. Flavour is dry fruits with some sour hints. Overall quite a sweet Gueuze in my opinion. A bit sticky palate afterwards. The yeast from the bottom of the bottle added fulliness to the palate. joergen (8665), Frederiksberg, Denmark
