Bottle. Clear medium to dark amber yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light acidic sour sweet, moderate sugar, more like a faro. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, and a dry finish. Body is light to medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (070408)

From a 12 oz bottle. Dark Golden apple juice appearance. Head lasted briefly, but the beautiful carbonation keeps rising. Woody, sweet smell. Very light apple taste with a little tart aftertaste. Nice feel and very easy to drink. Not something for me to buy repeatedly, but nice to drink nonetheless.

12 oz. Bottle - Pours a orange-ish/amber with no head. Smells of fruit, wood, yeast, a little musty, and sweetness. Taste is much the same, especially apples, sourness, a little funk, and slight acidity. This is very sweet, but honestly pretty decent. Real Gueuze tastes like sweat socks and smells like feet. Not a bad intro to the style though.

Pours a dark amber color with almost no head. Aroma is mostly apples with a definite musky, woody character coming through. Tastes of sour apples that quickly turns quite sweet with a funkiness throughout. Very acidic. Finishes dry.

This is my first lambic, so I didn’t really know what to expect. This is almost like a sour-apple flavored alcopop of some sort. Maybe too much sugar?

Interesting brew for sure. Not my favorite "flavor" of lambics...but drinakble. Nice sour flavor with some fish tastes believe it or not. Not half bad.

Bottle, at a place we went to for the mussels in Brugge. Copper, small white head. Earthy sweet dried apple aroma, a little touch of funk, but hidden well below the surface. Light chewy sourness and a fair amount of sweet. Fruity peach around the edges. Some decent flavors, but pretty dull and confused overall.

A great introduction to gueuze for people not quite ready for the real deal. Surprisingly sweet and drinkable.
