Bottle. Pours amber with lots of carbonation and an attractive white head. The aroma is predominantly a sour, musty cellar, but there are also some cherry and other fruit notes, some wood, and some wildflowers. The flavor is much sweeter than I expected, almost honeylike, but there is still some sourness in there. It begins with a tart, berry-like taste that fades into a dark, woody finish and an acorn-like aftertaste. Interesting.

Aroma:wood,citrus,light caramel nose... Appearance:gold-amber,small chunk of yeat inside..good lacing white head... Flavor:light peach,soug,sugar....

Robe cuivrée très claire surmontée d’une mousse blanche qui s’estompe. Arômes de liège et de chêne. Saveurs de liège, de cassonade, de caramel et de citron.

Cloudy brown, with a thin but sturdy white head. Sour, funky aroma, with a ctrus note, too. Flavor si sour and acidic, and a note of cherry and a vague, undefined sweet flavor.

Almost clear golden copper body with a small white head. Nose is red apples and cloves. Taste is very sweet (too sweet) with red apples skin, plums and some cloves. Syrupy mouthfeel with a slight medicinal finale. Very mild acidity and sourness by gueuze standards. Atypical and below average gueuze. The fact that the previous beer I had was a Girardin Gueuze didn’t help, like being asked by your girlfriend what you think about her new swimming suit after watching an episode of Baywatch.

Bottled. Hazy light brown in colour. Medium fluffy white head. It has a flavour consisting of bitterness and hops. The flavour is quite refreshing and it’s hoppy with acidic and sour elements. It’s great. There is a sweet aftertaste.

My first lambic... pours a pretty reddish brown with very little lacing. aroma is very sour with grapes, corn, and other grains. Kind of reminds me of a musty basement actually. tastes unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. very bubbly with lots of fruit (orange, lemon, grape, apple, raspberry...) with a hint of wheat. mouth is sour and dry toward the end. Nice, but I wouldn’t want to drink more than one. I love the art nouveau bottle label!

Bottled. Hazy orange colour, mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma of hops, grass and very dry fruit. Flavour is hoppy and a bit sour. Quite watery palate, and the finish is very dry. Some bready hints also, once it becomes a bit warmer.
