The label says 4% ABV. Dark golden, almost amber. Filtered, but yet it appears slightly hazy. Small, light, creamy head. A "commercial" (=sweetened) gueuze, which makes up for some of the sourness. But still sharp and acidic. And still unique. 200802

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Feb 2, 2005 Delicious pale orange beer with minimum foam. Sweet fruitiness with some apple tartness. These beers are the easiest to drink. Great beer in many ways, though not as good as their other lambics. A little expensive, but a gift. joeycapps (1466), Waterdown, Ontario, Canada
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jan 29, 2005 Hazy amber w/ creamy, stable, off-white foam. Good lace. Sweet, caramel/brown sugar & tart apple aroma w/ yeasty, brettanomyces notes. Syrupy feel. Apple Betty-like flavour that is very sweet w/ notes of caramel, brown sugar, & Macintosh apples. Finish hints at the typical lambic dryness, but mostly is sweet & juicy w/ a slightly vinous character. Overall a very quaffable, easy to drink brew. kook (2034), Perth, Western Australia, Australia
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jan 21, 2005 Pours slightly hazy gold with a medium-large white lasting head. Sweet aroma, light apples and fairy floss. Almost some brown sugar there too. Flavour is sweet, candi sugar, apples, with a citric slightly tart finish. Medium body, little tingle from the acidity. Not a bad gueuze, but not a great one either :)
