| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 8, 2004 Very very sour tart aroma. Body is a foggy light amber color with a lasting bubbly white head. Taste is too sweet and not tart enough for the style. Very drinkable though. Lemon and Grapefruit. BeerandBlues2 (3231), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Nov 17, 2004 Light amber color, poor head. Odd aroma, food (beans? Bolognese sauce?); this is really a pity. Acceptable taste, light sourness but most of all a correct sweetness. Not a real Gueuze, but pleasant. flemdawg (485), Naples, Florida, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Nov 9, 2004 A bit hazy yellow/orange color with a some what lasting head of the white pursuasion. A wonderful, mouthwatering sour, like vinegar, and musty aroma with some hints of lemon peels added for kicks. Ahhh, I don’t know why but I love the taste of lambics. Tart, but not overly so is the first taste, followed by a musty/cobweb taste, and finished off with a sweettart candy sourness. With every sip the flavos clung to my mouth making me wanting more, which lead to more clinging. Tasty stuff. Slick (1962), Thief River Falls, Minnesota, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 9, 2004 Cloudy light brown color, small white head that had a decent hang time then faded to a slight lace. The aroma was band-aid and barn with a definate sour side and maybe a bit of fruit.Nice fruity hard to describe side with a almost pleseant and not over powering sour side. There is a slight band-aid flavor that comes through but it’s pretty weak for the most part.Surprisingly drinkable and i could probably go for another one on a hot summer day. Thanks go to Robertsreality for sending this brew my way. badgerben (3605), Blaine, Minnesota, USA
