pale amber, clear, near no head.Arpma of apples and crystalized sugar. Sweet and juicy, still with soft mouthfeel and some depth. There is just over a hint of citric acidity. Fresh, and in good condition like this a highly refreshing drink. You can tell that somewhere under the sweetness this is actually based on quality lambic. Dalle (1146), Skørping, Denmark

Medium mouthfeel, slightly sweet, some sour, some wood, with short finish. Almost too sweet for the style though a tasty treat. boto (1336), Granby, Connecticut, USA

There was a big head that died down quickly. The aroma is very sweet, yet slightly sour aroma also. Mainly apples to the nose. Somewhat apple and lemony to the taste. Somewhat dry and tart, yet still sweet. Nice, but not the best. madsberg (4966), Søborg, Denmark

Moderate sourness, some earth and distinct fruitnotes in the aroma. Rather sweet. Flavour is sweet and fruity with a toned down sourness in the background. Has a dry and rather sweet end. This is not a bad gueuze, but its a bit too sweet for my likings. PhillyBeer2112 (2088), Orange Park, Florida, USA

Huge fluffy head settles to big frothy head. Orange amber colour. Pleasant carbonation - lively but soft. Attractive balance of sweet and acid. Soft fresh flavours - oak, lemon, lime. Very enjoyable and refreshing. [3.2]
Nov, 2006. Foudroyante. Not quite struck by lightening due to the softening nature of the sugar, this is a pleasant, refreshing beer, good for washing down mussells. Some tartness adds interest to the fruity, ripe apple sweetness. An enjoyable drink. [2.9] Kinz (2207), Glen Allen, Virginia, USA

Sweet apple aroma, very faint horseblanket in the back. Flavor starts with a sweet mixture of light horseblanket, followed by a clear wood note, and an apple oriented sweet fruity finish. Just a touch of tartness as well. This was very nice with the apple pie a la mode.
