Bottle very jonge. Pours a champagne body with a thin white head. Dusk sauce, bittersweet, cane sugar, apples. What the hell is this.

(3,75 cl bottle with cork) Sparkly gold with a sweet-and-sour taste and aroma. A lot of carbonation going on.

Gueuze from Carrefour, bought in Tervuren, Belgium. Orange body with no head. Sweet and sour nose. Sweet flavour of apples. Also very sour. Nothing for me. Terrible. Sugary, and very tart.

Disappointing. Too artificial, too sweet. I really wonder what it tastes like without the artificial sweetening.

Bottle. Dark orange colour with no head. Fruity aroma with some sweetness. Sweet flavour with some sourness and apples. Too sweet for me. Probably a decent brew without added sugar.

Bottle brown, 250 ml
Appearance: Pours hazy to murky, unclear, unfiltered oranygy brownish, honey amber like, body, very good saturation, carbonation is visually small, head is initially small, greyish white, frisky, thin, quickly decreasing to almost non existant, no lacing, head is fizzy in texture.
Aroma: Very yeasty at front, some complexities from yeast fermenatation, easters, notes of white wine grapes, kind of champagne like, but sronger in aroma, scents of caramel, very mild wheat notes and barley grains hidden at the background, bubble gum, fruity refreshing impression suggesting the sour taste, lemon, lime, tartness, barrel wood, fresh wood, resin, dough, wild tart green apple, quince.
Flavour: Very nice sourness at front, later on comes the suggary accent from the sugar added, exposed accent of wild, uripe green apple, garlic, ginger, spicyness and smoothness in texture giving impression of butter of whipped cream, white wine grapes, some saltyness, very nice notes of wheat and barley at the background, some gentle notes of burrned sugar, generally very complex and what I find positive about this beer is that despite it contains the added sugar it is still sour to represant the Lambic - gueuze style, bitterness from hops on palate is also present, alcohol totally hidden, finish duration is long.
Palate: Body is medium, texture is dry, carbonation on palate is mild, finish feel is quite harshly astringent and non - alcoholic.

375ml bottle. Pours a murky orange amber with zero head. Nose is sweet and sour with figs, plums and other candied fruits, as well as sour peach and tart cherries. I’m just getting into Lambics and Gueuze’s, so I’m not quite sure what to look for.

Pours orange-yellow with a small, tan bubbly head. Aroma has some dust, mustard, oak, but also a lot of perfume, flowers, and traces of fruit. Flavor is definitely too sweet but there’s earth, oak, light sourness and vinegar, cherry, and the sweetness is downright candy-like. Gueuze candy if you will. Finishes oaky, lightly dry and too clean for the style. Fairly light bodied and sticky mouthfeel. Better as it warms, but too darn sweet and not nearly dry or funky enough.
