Sourish flavor with some citrus, a bit of malt, some wood and some sweetness. Medium-bodied. Really fruity. Loads of apple and lemon. Hugely drinkable as a jonge should be. Under-developed but enjoyable all the same. Clearly very jonge indeed. A breakfast lambic. Aroma is sweet and lacking in character. Taste is bland, muted and leaves a waxy mouthfeel. Some apricot and orange notes in there but unexciting overall.
