Sep 24, 2009 [9/6/08] Draught at In T’ Vageuur somewhere in Pajottenland. Hazy golden with a white head. Fruity aroma with a bit of hops and some bready notes. Sourish flavor with some citrus, a bit of malt, some wood and some sweetness. Medium-bodied. Nice and refreshing.

Yellow brown and very cloudy. Really fruity. Loads of apple and lemon. Hugely drinkable as a jonge should be. Under-developed but enjoyable all the same. Clearly very jonge indeed. A breakfast lambic.

Jun 10, 2009 Muddy orange with no head. Aroma of butterscotch and caramel, with some wood and smokey phenols. Dry phenolic flavour with some grainy malt. Not really any tartness.

Oct 22, 2007 Draught @ WSF. Opaque yellowish orange with no head. Aroma is sweet and lacking in character. Taste is bland, muted and leaves a waxy mouthfeel. Some apricot and orange notes in there but unexciting overall.
