750ml. bottle thanks a million to Dickinsonbeer for sharing. Hazy dark pink color with a small light pink head. Nice tart, funky aroma with some fruity notes(wouldn’t say cherries if I didn’t know) along with some wet leather. Flavor was only mildly tart, with the barnyard funk present but restrained. Not as complex as the St. Lamvinus which I drank just before it, and also a bit thin bodied. Nevertheless it was quite tasty and extremely easy drinking.

(750ml bottle, bottled 21/12/06, bb 21/12/2012) Pours a lightly hazy glowing ruby body with a tall quickly dissipating light pink head. Aroma of barnyard, mustiness, sour, and some bubble gum. Flavor is moderately acidic with somewhat restrained cherry sourness, but yet tart enough to make this a quite enjoyable easy drinking thirst quencher for a nice summer’s afternoon.

Bottle, Thanks to Bu11zeye. Pours a cloudy ruby red grapefruit color with minimal white head. Aroma is sour citris, cherry, grapfruit. Flavor has a cherry sourness with a bite! Has light-medium body with a crisp medium carbonation. Overall, it was pretty good but it is a sipper!

Thanks to Tim! Clear, pinkish red, thin white head. Nose is acidic cherry pits, lemon, wood. Flavor is quite tart & acidic, very basic cherry pits, a fleeting hint of sweetness in the finish. That finish goes and goes and goes...

Bottle from Uto, shared with Phil L, Chris O, Toshi from Yo-Ho and Greg & Mitch from Stone.
Ok, it’s not amazing but still, Lindemans? Must be the best I’ve had from them. Deep red with a thin pinkish head. Nose is slightly tart cherry and barnyard. Taste is similar but also has a sweet and artificial note from the syrup used, this was quite obvious side by side with De Cam Oude Kriek. Was spritzy in the mouth with a nice dryness and acidity. I was pleasantly surprised but not completely bowled over.

Clear red with large pink head. Aroma has sour cherries, barnyard and woody notes. Tart flavor with lovely sour cherries, wood and marzipan notes. Nice!
