Deep dark ruby red body with a decent pink head out of the bottle but didn’t stay long in the glass. A little woody in the taste though only minor, medium body, cherries are light and the sourness is also restrained. This beer finishes quite dry and for me thats another plus. Overall quite good, not outstanding but easily drinkable.

Bottled. Pours out in a hazy dark reddish purple colour with a small pale pink head. Quite astringent and a bit tart aroma of funk and acidic cherries. Medium-bodied with notes of acidic cherries and wood. Immature cherries, mild citric fruit, funk and raspberries in the finish. Pretty nice Kriek but not up there with Cantillon or 3 Fonteinen.

Pours red with a pinkish head. The normal funky sour aroma, but a little cherry in there. Flavor was somewhat sweeter than I would have expected. Finishes dry. Worth a try.

I love this. It’s a little too tart for me though, but that’s what it’s supposed to be.

Excellent, pours an orange pink color with a delicate, and short lived head. Aroma of grapefruit with some funky acidity. The flavor is much the same, intensely sour citrus fruit on a soft malt canvass. Worth seeking out and purchasing!

750ml bottle from 2007 bottled Jan. 15 2008. Bottle number 14897 from Alvinne shop. Dark red, clear ruby purple with medium purple head. Aroma is berry, dry, medium funk and tart. Big sour, cherry flavor with nice amount of funk, purple fruit, sweeter than arroma but dry none the less. Medium, highly carbonated body with tartness. All around a very nice beer, reminds me of some of the better fruit lambics out there. In fact a lot like them.
