0.25 l bottle. Deep red color with pink head. Strong sweet, sour and perfumed cherry aroma. Very sweet, strong and juicy cherry flavor with hints sour horsey lambic flavors in the background. Too sweet but still fairly likable.

Very Sweet. Appearance is like soda. Tastes good but you can really only drink one or two. But I like it.

Normally I like kriek beers but this is so OTT with the cherry aroma and flavour that it really put me off. Looking at the ingredients I’m assuming the 25% cherry juice accounts for that, but adding cherry flavouring for gods sake! and sugar substitute...what the hells that? Ascorbic acid????? what’s that for? I did notice these ingredients on the label before tasting it, so perhaps that influenced my rating, nevertheless, I didn’t enjoy this beer, too sweet and too in yer face with the cherries! Really unbalanced. Oh, by the way, I bought it in Tesco if you’re interested.

My wife thought this was too weak. Need I say more? Nose and flavor and finish completely cherry.

(Tap @ Mallaskukko and Bottle) Dark ruby red, soft pink head. Aroma is mainly cherries, ever so slight hint of yeast. Tastes very fresh, not as much of fermented cherry as some others. Flavor is slightly richer on tap, but it’s excellent either way. This has become my summer favorite.

Red. Nice red head. Aroma: Cherries! Flavor: Cherries! Syrup. Better than Cherry Vicks. Very sweet finish. I wonder how it would do with Vanilla Ice Cream?

Bottle. Reddish purple pour with a pink head. Wonderful aroma of cherries with a taste to match. Strong cherry flavor with a nice sour tartness. Very good.
