The aroma reminds me of cherry syrup and ginger ale. Medium-bodied and lively it finishes quite dry and tart, stripping your tongue of moisture. The flavor is a very sweet and tart cherry with a spritzy texture. A bit too sweet up front and dry at the end for my tastes, but not bad. I prefer their framboise. mkofron (155), St. Louis, Missouri, USA

A great blend of sour cherry attributes into a lambic without becoming overpowering like the Lindemans Pomme can become. This is the best lambic brewed by Lindemans and everyone should try it at least once. TaxiDriver (944), Stadland, Germany

| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Aug 3, 2007 Deep ruby pour with dissapating pinkish head. Aroma moderately sweet, with cherry pie smell. Flavor impressively intense, with a concentrated sweet ripe cherry taste. Quickly becomes quite sour, with a sweet/sour aftertaste and a very long finish. Very good dessert beer with a very appealing sweet/sour flavor.
