Bottle. Very cherry nose. Pours red with a very small white head. Taste is more like a hard cherry cider than a beer. Quite good though.

This beer i have always at home. Colour red without being deep or ruby. Sweet, cherry aroma in nose, leading to a sweet body. Finish is slightly tart.

Head like candyfloss, pink and bobbling. Almond and cherry in the aroma, flavor has cherry too, and a sourness, making it pleasent.

Great dark cherry color. Bold cherry taste could use a bit more carbination. 12 oz is just to much. It gets to sweet after 1/2 a glass.

Cold 12oz bottle: Pours a dark cherry color with a pink head that mostly dissolves. Aroma is sublimely cherry and sweet. Lightly fizzy on the tongue. Taste is of cherry and quite sweet, with some sour notes. Lovely!

Loaded with cherries. Cherry red with a nice pinkish head. I will say this beer is slightly synthetic. Not what I would call a true Lambic. Very sweet and dominant of cherries. Underneath lies a slight oak tartness. had this been unsweetened it would have been much better. From what I gather this beer used to be this way. Mt first rating was 2.5. The second tasting is a 3.5

This is fruit beer at it’s very best, real taste, no bitterness, the only down side for me is the sweetness it is a little to much.

(Bottle BB 07/12/07; AVB 3.5%) Aroma of sweet cherries. Ruby red colour, bright and small, reddish, fully diminishing head with a hint of lacing. Cherry, sweet (initial), slightly sour (finish) and slightly wooden (cherry stones?) flavour. Medium-bodied, soft carbonated, slightly dry and slightly sticky palate. Very good lambic! 22/09/06 (original rating was 6/3/7/3/13)
