A truly fine fruit lambic. A deep red color with a pink head. Rich fresh cherry taste with a mild yeast finish. Highly recommended.

12 oz bottle poured a hazy ruby red with a small lasting dark pink head. Aromas of sour cherries. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of sour cherries, wood and and a hint of yeast with a crisp slightly tart lingering finish. Could stand to be more tart to be a proper lambic, but not bad.

Pours with nice Belgian lace. Colour is red (obviously!) without being deep or ruby. Sweet, cherry aroma in nose, leading to a sweet body. Finish is slightly tart. I would have preferred more tartness in the finish, but a solid beer for a warm summer’s day on the patio. A good fruit beer for people unfamiliar with the style or who "don’t like beer".

Lots of lace and reddish colour with lace and a good head. Cherry aroma though sugary sweet, and that is the taste. Its refreshing, but oh way too sweet. Sourness mid-sip would would like much more.A transition to this style beer. Sampled at Cole’s Belgian beer fest.

Great cherry brew! It was like it had fresh cherries stuffed in the bottle. The aroma and taste was more of the same. Fresh cherries with a slight tartness to it.

Pours a nice red color, with a beautiful red color. The aroma is a nice smooth cherry. Taste is like a strong carbonated cherry. with a nice aftertaste

Clear cherry color with a small creamy light red head. Aroma of cherries with some light sour hints. Sweet cherry flavor with light sour in the end.

Apperance is dark red with reddish white head. Thick cherry smell reminds me of cherry twizzlers. Cherry smooth flavor.
