From the look of it it looks like a cherry champane with thin laceing along the sides of the glass with some spotted laceing along the sides. The nose is of strong cherry and some hints of hops. But the flavor is extreamly fruity with cherry and some bitter funk and has a sour patch tart sour finish. You can really taste the sour fruit along the sides of your tounge.

Jul 17, 2008 (Belgium) Pours a deep red color with a foamy pink head. The aroma is of cherries and or cranberries !! Reminds me very much of Ludens wild cherry cough drops. The taste is much of the same but very sweet. The finish is find of dry, But to my suprise i like it.

does not count  Jul 15, 2008 Pours a deep burgundy with a light pink head and a fair amount of carbonation. Mouth is full bodied and syrupy, like a cherry ginger ale. Taste is of cherries and grapes with very little malt and yeast character. Reminds me of Boone’s Cherry Wine. I enjoy a fruit beer now and again but this one is just too sweet for me.

Jul 15, 2008 Ruby liquid topped with pink foam. Smells of cherries and a bit of wheat. Taste is all cherry, reminds me of cough drops, cherry flavor is robust but not very complex.. Missing that sour lambic character.

Jul 13, 2008 Single from Binny’s (Orland Park, IL). Pours a deep dark red with a whitish red head that reminds me of the foam at the bottom of the bottle of cranberry juice after being shaken. Aroma is straight cherries, namely Luden’s Cherry cough drops. Initial is a sweet cherry with a touch of dry champagne-y taste. Very cherry. Dry, but not dry enough for me. Finishes sweet, and consistent. Smooth, but very sweet. Decent, but not very beery.
