Jun 3, 2007 Draught @ 16th Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation 2007, Opstal. Unclear medium red color with virtually none head. Aroma is light cherry, fruity, light acidic. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat.

Jun 4, 2007 Draught@Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation 2007. Pinkish red colour, not much head, only some bubbles. Aroma is sourness, slight cherry and lots of wood. The same goes for the flavour. Not much carbonation. A very pleasant thing.

Jun 16, 2008 Dark burgundy with no head. Sour aroma with cherries and almond notes. Flavor has sweet overripe cherries, almond, barnyardy and sour notes into the finish.

Draught. Very pale coloured. Staright forward kriekenlambic with very little to get excited about. Slight funk in the nose. Baby sick in the flavour with some vague sourness. Nothing too special.

May 31, 2007 Spontanious weekend 07. I fell in love with kriekenlambics and this was probably the best one. Notes say: Nutty, Cherry, hints of cherry stone pillows, really well balanced, my god this is a good beer.
