Notes say: Nutty, Cherry, hints of cherry stone pillows, really well balanced, my god this is a good beer. lilannie (384), State College, Pennsylvania, USA

Strong cherry pit, acid, cherry juice and blackcurrant in both the aroma and flavour. The flavour also carries some almond and funk. Softer in sharpness in the otherwise clean finish. Extremely nice. Pungent bloody red grapes and balsamic vinegar in the nose, even resembles steak to some degree. Flavor is heavy red wine, rich syrah even, with a deep, developing sourness and a rich, sour and puckery texture. Probably one of the most sour lambics sampled at the WSF.
