Aroma was lightly of sour apple, some faint cedar, and horseblanket. Flavor is sour, and otherwise matches the aroma. Bit of cheddar shows up as well. Really well balanced, very nice carbonation, thoroughly enjoyed this one. Complex and sour without making your tongue completely twist. Delighted to be able to sample this rare treat. For me, the highlight of the tasting. Numenor (869), Richmond, Virginia, USA

Beautiful golden brown colour. Totally clean and with a wisp of lacy film head. Unusual seedy and pithy lambic aroma with an almost framboise fruityness and really mellow gueuze underneath. Flavour is just starting to show signs of age. Slight artificial sweetness to it. Strong notes of lemon. Possibly just a little oxidised with some papery stuff appearing. Great sweet and sour finish. Love the fruity notes. So very fruity. In a blind tasting you would swear this is a fruit lambic. Ends up very yeasty, due to the bottle conditioning not working? Totally flat but strangely spritzy. Feels lovely in the mouth. Jolly good stuff. MPA (487), Nørrebro(formerly Aalborg), Denmark
