| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 2, 2008 I don’t like peaches and I don’t like lambics. Not really sure what I was thinking with this one. Pours a light peach color with a medium sized fluffy head that is semi carbonated. Nose is peaches. Taste is overwhemling peaches with a bit of funk and some wood. I just said yuck and put it down. deepsouth (23), biloxi, Mississippi, USA
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | May 2, 2008 we are both drinking out of the new lindemans’ glass she bought me as an early christmas present.
this beer appears to be a hazy blonde (kind of like the missus) with a about a quarter inch of light head with very nice lacing. i like the way this beer looks, especially in the glass.
the smell of this beer is BIG peach. very robust. i could smell it all day.
the taste of this beer is again peach. it’s a very refreshing tasting beer. it’s very fruity and sweet, but not in a bad way.
the mouthfeel on this beer is great. very carbonated and it’s a near perfect balance.
i could drink these every day, but i don’t. this is a great beer at night after a nice meal. i’d love to have a piece of pound cake with it.

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Apr 28, 2008 Bottle poured into a flute. Pours a honey straw color with a medium white head. Leaves a thorough, pretty lacing on the glass. Looks like a typical American wheat (save the nice lacing). Aroma is pleasant... very sweet and fruity, peaches definitely distinguishable, but not much else...leaves the nose wanting a bit more. The flavor is extremely sweet, alomost candy-like, very peachy, and the candy sweetness lingers for some time. Some sour character coupled with the aforementioned sweetness gave this a bit of depth and complexity. Okay palate, could use a little more thickness, but the carbonation adds to its refreshing quality. Overall I thought this was a very tasty beer, very drinkable, although left me wondering how legitimate the ’beer’ classifaction really is. psuCE03 (122), York, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Apr 25, 2008 Sweet aroma for this pale orange lambic. Very sweet flavor with a slighty tart aftertaste. Good for dessert. FlacoAlto (2482), Tucson, Arizona, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Apr 25, 2008 Pours into my 25cl tulip glass with an initial, almost two-finger thick, pale, off-white colored head that manages to leave some layered lace patterns on the sides of my glass. The beer is a brilliantly clear honey color, but shows a bright gold color when held up to the light. The aroma is dominated by clear peach notes; smells lightly sweet with a strong, floral peach note. No matter how I try I can’t smell anything else, in fact I made myself light-headed even trying.
Sweet, well very sweet and well carbonated. It tastes like a peach soda, though it has a thickness to it that no soda has. The carbonation is ample and makes this quite fizzy feeling. Peach flavors are of course prominent here, though with peach being a fairly soft fruit flavor, the sweetness seems to trump the peach character. There is perhaps a touch of a lactic twang in the finish, that just might show there was some Lambic harmed in the making of this brew, but really this is all about being a sweet, fizzy peach-soda. As the beer warms up a bit the peach notes become on par with the sweetness.
Really not beer, refreshing and tasty as a soda, though it is a bit too sweet & thick to be a great example of that.

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 24, 2008 Bottle. Pours a golden orange with a fairly good amount of head. Aromas of obviously peach, candi sugar, some slightly dry malt. Taste is fairly fruity, effervescent, a straightforward peach lambic. kidmartinek (998), austin, Texas, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 17, 2008 Pours light orange colored, with a 2 inch fizzy white head that disappears rapidly. Light lacing. Smells like dark fruit. Taste’s like orange/peach soda. Not really like beer at all. Mouthfeel is a little fizzy and pretty dry. finish is dry, and fruity.
