Commercial Description:
Lindemans Tea Beer is a lambic beer brewed with barley malt, wheat and hops. A spontaneous fermentation and maturation on tea leaves results in an artisanal tea-flavoured beer. Adding lemon juice we become a surprising "sweet-sour" lemon taste. Drink it icecold.

25cl, exclusive brew with tea, from Geers Oostakker, easy to drink, not complex, refreshing, clear, good head, original brew!, but nothing special

Bottle 25cl @ home.
Clear medium orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy sweet, spicy, hintes of tea, citrus notes. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (060708)

[1550-20080726] 250mL bottle. Fresh navel orange peel and fruity flower (jasmine?) aroma. Clear, light brown orange body with a quick white foamy head. Floral sweetened tea flavour has a herbal lemon zing. Medium body has a strange sour zing. Really strange.

2008-07-26. Golden body with a modest white head. Sugary lemons and floral notes in th aroma (6+) carry over into the flavour as well. Sweet lemon candy with moderate acidic lemon notes as well. Very little if any tea character. (6+) Average palate is quite effervescent. Dramatically better than expected, but still just okay. Bottle from Bier Tempel, Brugges

Bottled 25cl. It pours a golden beer with a white head. The nose is of candy. Woody and pleasantly sour with just a hint of tea. Sweet taste balanced by a good sourness. Decent lacing. Highly refreshing. Hints of candy, wood and lemon. A nice bite to this beer. Acidic finish with a hint of lemon.

25 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a white head. Peach fruity aroma. Flavour is sweet and has distinct peach flavours going into a peach-tea like flavour. Ends with a light citric note and continued sweet.

Bottle. Nose-slight faro, medium sweet, very light funk, mildly soft. Nose-reminds me of a faro. Body-hazy dark golden with a thick ring of bubbles, medium CO2, apple, sweet, cloying, honey, a little bitter finish, white grapes, light wood, chemical, apple peels, grape. Overall not a lot of tea presence but a lot of artificial sweetness.
