Commercial Description:
Lindemans Tea Beer is a lambic beer brewed with barley malt, wheat and hops. A spontaneous fermentation and maturation on tea leaves results in an artisanal tea-flavoured beer. Adding lemon juice we become a surprising "sweet-sour" lemon taste. Drink it icecold.

(Bottle) Pours a light golden body with a spare white head. Aroma of watered down non-traditional commercial gueuze, ice tea, light lemon, and coriander. Flavor of coriander, some tea leaves, and lemon with light syrupy mouthfeel.

Thanks to Bu11zeye. Poured gold with white head, ok retention. Aroma of lemon, slight hint of tea. Flavor was much the same. Had medium mouthfeel.

Bottle. Almost clear, golden body with a white head. Lamic-sourish aroma, pleasant, but where’s the tea. At least it’s well hidden. Sour-sweet flavor with something strange in the background, as well as lemon and tea. Medium, slightly astringent mouthfeel. Sure a drinkable beer, but I don’t think it’s a repeater. (080118)

250 ml bottle. Slightly hazy reddish orange body with a small white head. Refreshing sourish bitter aroma, a bit like Lambic with tea. Flavor is bittersweet, sourish (vinegar) and fruity. Refreshing, different and interesting.

Bottle, 25 cl. (Bought by Pauwels) Clear orange color with small white head. Aroma sweet (sugar) fruits, lemon. Medium body. Taste is close to lindemans peache, very sweet, a little sourness, and a tea touch. But refreshing on a summer day ?

250ml bottle (Gallows Bird, Espoo, some festival, don’t remember which) Had this late in the day - and needed it as a refresher after many other stronger beers. As such, at 3.5% it fitted the bill quite well. But is it beer? Definite cold tea, fruity and lemony. Sobered me up good and proper, and left me needing a beer...
