Come on...! I guess the growing popularity of ice tea is the explanation for this, and really it is rather close to a soft drink. Clear, amber colour with a small, fizzy head. First impression is sweet and sour - sweet citrusy - but quickly I sense the tea flavours although they are rather fleeting. Not exactly unpleasant but not for every day either. 230999 Ernest (4515), Boulder, Colorado, USA

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | May 16, 2005 Bottle Amber, golden, pale body. White creamy head, which diminishes totally. Good lace. Peaches in the nose. Lightly sout, heavuly sweet initial flavour. Moderately sweet finish. Please don’t promote this, because I fear it would sell quite well anyway, but it would be another defeat for the artisnal beers. shrubber85 (3014), Wallhalben, Germany

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Sep 27, 2004 Bottled. Bronze colour, rich head. Very sweet and juicy. Rounded mouthfeel. Some lemon an tea. Not much of a beer, but as a sweet soft drink it’s not too shabby. ChristianSA (368), Copenhagen, Denmark

The description says "Best drunk ice-cold." - I tend to agree, if you would drink this beer at all it should be as cold as possible, since this is simply the awful. It looks okay, and the smell is’nt bad either. The taste is cloyingly sweet with a nice hint of tea. The lactic sourness is okay - but the lemon should have been omitted. I give it a six overall for the bold idea of adding tea and the fact that I generally don’t like faro’s very much (which I beleive this is at its heart) Nate (2573), Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA

Finish is medium tart, with sugary undertones. After is mild with tea.
