Commercial Description:
Lindemans Tea Beer is a lambic beer brewed with barley malt, wheat and hops. A spontaneous fermentation and maturation on tea leaves results in an artisanal tea-flavoured beer. Adding lemon juice we become a surprising "sweet-sour" lemon taste. Drink it icecold.

25 cl bottle. Medium copper color with almost no head. Sweet, fruity aroma with sweetened lemon ice tea. A bit of your usual lambic funk, but just a bit. Cherries and peaches and milk as well. Sweet tea flavor with lots of lemon and lactic acid as well. Too sweet and cloying, but not altogether gross. There is just enough lambic sour to make it drinkable. Wouldn’t call it good, though. Way too sweet, but fun.

Bottle, bought @ Beermania, Brussels.
Pours hazy golden with a small, creamy, white head. Settles as a rather fine film. Aroma has clear tea-notes, lemon, barnyard. Highish carbonation, dry and fine mouthfeel. Flavour has clear lambic notes, funny green tea. Light herbal, good zestiness and relatively tart. Fine, but very weird.

Bottle. Pale amber, clear liquid. Aroma is very sweet, with some citrus, tea and herbs. Taste is also very sweet, with a hint of bitterness from the tea. An odd combination with tea, herbs and citrus. Quite easy to drink, but it’s not good.

0.25 l bottle from beershop.hr. Poured murky amber body with small white head. Green tea aroma, sweetish with some fruitiness over sourish lambic base. Sourish flavor, lemony and green tea which is slightly bitter. Medium bodied, despite low alchol. Long finish retains that interesting flavor of green tea and some sweetness. I liked the combination of the flavors, this is much better thing than I’ve expected! However, too little of real beer is felt here.
