Bouteille de 500 ml. LA bière se présente avec une couleur paille-dorée et une mousse fugace. Au nez on découvre des arômes de grain et de fleurs. En bouche le corps est mince avec une effervescence faible-moyenne. On goûte des saveurs douces de caramel, de grain et de fleurs. LE houblon est quasi-absent.

Jun 10, 2007 Bouteille (avant mars 07). Couleur jaune-légèrement orangé, très voilée, mousse absente. Arôme de malt, très sûr, bizarre. Goût est pas mieux, malt, houblons, mais encore très sûrette. Désolé, ça fini dans le drain.

Part of our "we’re not going to get hammered at this tasting this time so let’s have some light yellow stuff" portion of our evening. Yellow, small white head. Aroma - yeck - skunk, grain, and floral notes. Taste - awful. Light grain, malt, slight hops. Bland. Embarrassing, slightly better than the Sleeman Light that preceded it.

Nov 14, 2006 Bottle shared with HogTownHarry, GregClow & tupalev -- courtesy of HogTownHarry.Pours a hazy yellow with a spare diminishing white head. Aroma: Oh god, there’s poo in there! God, that’s just fu@$ing awful! Flavour’s significantly better, at least there’s no excrement. It’s watery with faint malt and hops -- bland, bland, bland. Light bodied. Man, this was complete garbage.

Nov 2, 2006 Bottle shared with HogTownHarry, tupalev & blankboy - HogTownHarry’s bottle. Pale, slightly hazy yellow. Odd aroma - somewhat grainy and flowery, but with some unpleasant stale poo notes. Thin, fizzy body. Bland flavour - faint malt and fruit notes, a bit of out-of-place sourness. Not very good.
