Moving along in my African beers, this one has probably been my least favourite. Poured a clear golden colour with a small white head. Just couldn’t get myself over that noticeable corn aroma and taste that dominates the beer. Fairly malty with just a slight bitterness near the finish. Thanks John!

Stinks of corn starch, alcohol, tinniness, and some hops. Not appealing to start with. Has some head, but really styrofoamy. Has decent dark gold colour though. Not a bad mix of flavours, hops, maltiness, with a nice finish, and no real trace of alcohol.

Rediscovered this beer awhile back after i havent seen it in stores for a long time. Not a top ranking beer, preverably drinked quicker than usual. Not a very strong tasting beer.

Bottle: Appearance of a pale golden colour, with a crisp white head that also seems to dissappear very quicky, which doesn’t lend itself to being drunk slowly for enjoyment. Not much lacing on the glass either. Aroma is a bit sour and has a bitter note lingering. The taste for me is not much to be desired either, a sour taste through drinking and a bitter aftertaste. It sends shivers down my spine when served at room temprature. It has to be ice cold. It has a watery taste, which is why it’s ok to down one quicky on a hot day. Not to be savoured slowly.. Urgh!!

Bottle. Pale golden body with a white head. Vague malt aroma, fruity. Watery, light body with a short finish. A little hint of something unpleasant in the aftertaste, best described as a slightly hint of sewer.

This golden lager beer is well, bright yellow with some-what lacing head features, it has a solid taste thats good after a hard day, the slight bitterness is good as well. ..

Bland, boring, tastes like it is a light beer with a 5% lable. Don’t waste your time unless you have to.
