| 1.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 4/20 | Mar 20, 2006 Appearance is nothing to write home about; macro amber, very clear, no head. Nose lacks character but some faint hops. Fizzy palate dominated by stale malts, not over bearing by any stretch, but not totally surprising given I couldn’t locate a UBD. Bland at best, and maybe even a touch skunked in hindsight. RooftopRogue (423), Champaign, Illinois, USA

It pours a moderately thick head that settles upon a maize colored solution. This beer is thin and creates a pucker effect by offering a bitter skunky taste. txigloo (1), East Lansing, Michigan, USA does not count | 4.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 5/5 | 10/10 | 5/5 | 19/20 | Feb 25, 2006 This is a light, non-skunky, tasty little beer. I was suprised to find it here in Michigan. Good Stuff. mephisto (1144), Taiwan

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Feb 11, 2006 [This bottle was brought back to me from Sri Lanka and the abv was 4.8%.] Bohemian noble hops aroma with faint crisp malt and nothing offensive. Only wispy white mist over a bright gold drink. Nice fresh hops up front in good balance with crisp sweet malt. No skunk, corn, or pissy yellow characteristics, other than the hops variety. Medium body with medium carbonation and a clean finish. This beer is right up there with the good Czech pilsers--I wonder whether the product that you buy in North America is different than what you get in Ceylon. Very nice. jasonp (1510), Sterling/Dulles, Virginia, USA
| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 6/20 | Jan 6, 2006 Clear golden with a quickly fading white head. Light grain and corn in the aroma with a slight whiff of fresh paint (!). Flavor expectedly is of grain, corn and a touch of lemon. Has a weird metallic finish with a touch of sourness. Medium bodied with lively carbonation. Not good. I can’t believe they make that tasty stout.
