| 4.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 10/10 | 4/5 | 19/20 | Jan 4, 2007 It’s with excitement that I pour this one, that I have wanted to find for such a long time. It’s pitch black with a very big, creamy, nougat colored and stable head. The aroma has a lot of roasted malt and chocolate. The flavour has ligth sweetness, lots of chocolate and some dark fruits. The sweetness is nicely balanced by a light bitterness, and the overall impression is very, very nice. It’s a delcious beer, and I have a flock of them in my cellar for maturing, and I look forward to following them.
