Appearance: It pours a fully golden beer with a decent average sized white head. Nice lacework. Aroma: Grapes, white bread, cork, nutmeg, apples and rice. Flavor and palate: Rice, apricots, cork, apples and grapes showing up. Champagne-like. The alcohol is very well hidden. Some lemongrass sneaking in? Medium to full bodied. Pepper appearing with the swallow. Huge amounts of grapes, apples and white bread in the finish. Overall impression: A pleasant surprise. This beer is underrated in my opinion.
