Sure, I got ripped, but it was an outreach move. The pour was pale yellow with light carbonation. The aroma was like a light pilsner moreso than a pale lager w/ adjuncts everywhere. The flavor, however, was more along the lines of a pale lager, yet with some discernable pilsner qualities: light grass and the pilsner/sulfury malts. The mouthfeel was light. Better than a standard pale lager, but not much more of a beer than that. unclemike (833), Ft. Riley, Kansas, USA

| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Jun 15, 2009 12 ounce bottle from Whole Foods Market, Short Pump, VA. Pours a clear orangeish yellow color with loads of carbonation. Medium creamy white head shows fair head retention and lacing. Aroma is grainy with sweet corn and grassy hop notes. Taste is sweet corn, sugar and the faintest note of grain and green apple. No bitterness at all. Thin-medium bodied, ChainGangGuy (2592), Kennesaw, Georgia, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Jun 9, 2009 Appearance: Pours a dull, golden body with a very thin, white head.
Smell: Faint, meek, uninspiring nose of humble grains and sweet-scented corn kernels. Simple indeed!
Taste: Taste of steeped grains with a cereal, corn-laced sweetness and an approaching wateriness. Very mild, floral hop presence, with only the tiniest amount of bitterness. Drying, near-empty finish.
Mouthfeel: Thin-bodied. Medium-low carbonation.
Drinkability: Well, that wasn’t anything to roar about. It’s not crisp, it’s not complex, and it’s not even marginally enjoyable. Pass on this one. TheGent (160), , Massachusetts, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 8/20 | Jun 8, 2009 I have known people from Penn who rave about this local favorite so when i saw it on tap at one of my far bars i gave it a shot. It is everything you get from most pale lagers but with a more subtle carbination level. A good balance of malt to hop. Light, refreshing, decent hoppopotamus (186), Santa Cruz, California, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | Jun 7, 2009 clear golden beer with a minimal white head. Boring macrolager aroma, I suppose a bit of spicy hops and some bready malt. Flavor has a bit more to offer, some caramel pilsner malt and thats about it. Thin mouthfeel. weak.
