Jun 6, 2009 bottle. Typical pale lager, light in color, aroma weak. Dull, boring, crispness barely existent. Lawnmower to the max. However, compared to macros, this one is not bad.

May 14, 2009 Bottle. Very light in color and very clear. Very little aroma. Very little flavor. Definitely not a "plisner" like it says on the bottle. Slightly better than a typical mass market US lager. Pretty cheap though - $14 a case of 12 oz bottles.

Apr 11, 2009 12 oz. bottle. When I was in the store picking up a beers for a mixed six-pack, I came across this bottle and read the neck label which states, "The best head in town." You gotta love that. As for the beer, I thought I was in for another low-rent crappy lager, and was pleasantly surprised. Pours a clear gold with a moderate, fairly dense white head that lingered until mid-glass and left a partial web of lace. The aroma is mild malt along with some grassy hops and white sugar. The flavor is about the same with a touch of corn added to the mix. This would be a perfectly acceptable summer lawnmower beer.

Apr 3, 2009 Had a pint of this bad boy on tap at some crappy bar. Pale, dull, moderately corny, rice krispies and a very mild hopping. Whatever. Went down easy enough.

Mar 29, 2009 Bottle. Pours a pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma of sweet grains and some faint hops. Flavor was light and dry with mild corn and has a hint of sweet malts with a thin and watery body. A good lawnmower beer and nothing else.

Mar 12, 2009 RING on neck states "the best head in town" well they may get licked on that promise, but this was beer made by a company that brewed a beer with a little more hops and a bit more malt it was a little more sweet and flavorful with smooth body and foamy lingering carbonation that held the flavor well! and still refreshing it set the tempo so that folks could notice something just plain old better. and they managed to sell it for less money. honest true and good. i’m not saying that for me it’s unAmerican to not rate it well... just for me unappreciative.

Mar 3, 2009 Called a deluxe pilsner on the bottle I had. Light fragrance and head. Very pale, insipid pilsner. It looks like it could be an interesting local (PA) beer, but it isnt. Boring.
