Aroma is medium sweet, lemon/grass, some bread, light honey. Taste is medium sweet, bread, light grassy/lemon, metallic. Watery light body, some crispness. Not bad for a pale lager, just ignore the pilsner designation on the bottle. jcwattsrugger (5581), Florida and, New Jersey, USA

The nose is quite dirty over a lot of lean pale malt. Thin-bodied and without a whole lot really going on. Quite macro-esque. Cornfield (4979), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Feb 11, 2007 This looks good , a clear yellowish gold with lively bubbling and a respectable fizzy white head. But the aroma is a really sweet, honeyed bread with a grassy and metallic bitterness. The sweetness continues into the flavor and the bitterness takes on a mineral water tone. The finish is tinny.

Pours a deeper shade of gold than many pale lagers, with aroma of pale malt, some hopcit, and some honey. Decent palate smoothness, with decent balance. Indeed, almost like a poor man’s Yuengling of sorts. Radek Kliber (4000), Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), Ontario, Canada

Appearance: crystal golden look , brilliant shine with mid top that was quickly reduced to fizz. No lace presented. Nose: Honey , sweet golden malt , bit dusty , mild and fairly clean. Flavor/Palate : mid bodied. Oily softness with clean palate of golden lager. Light mineral follow up. Proper malt shown. Good Helles.
