Malty nose with lots of toffee, slightly yeasty, solid malt aroma with grassy hops and hints of gooseberries. Malty taste with notes of toffee, fresh grassy hops and a slightly grainy finish. Golden, cloudy, lacy and slowly collapsing white head, moderate to stronger sweet/malty, fruity and hoppy nose, strong bitter and sweet flavour with a fine malty base, solid, lingering juicy hoppy finish. Looks fantastic: golden yellow, slightly hazy, enormous and consistent head. Fantasticv taste: fruity, malty, incredibly fine hop flavour, slightly yeasty. This is undoubtedly the best beer I’ve ever had.
