(Draught at Pivovarsky Klub, Prague, 23 July 2008) Golden amber colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with lots of toffee, slightly yeasty, solid malt aroma with grassy hops and hints of gooseberries. Malty taste with notes of toffee, fresh grassy hops and a slightly grainy finish. Brilliantly constructed and complex. Excellent, classy pilsener. More of this please!

On tap at the brewpub. Golden, cloudy, lacy and slowly collapsing white head, moderate to stronger sweet/malty, fruity and hoppy nose, strong bitter and sweet flavour with a fine malty base, solid, lingering juicy hoppy finish. Great stuff..........

on tap at the brewery in Drazic/Tyn nad Vltavou, in beautiful South Bohemia. Looks fantastic: golden yellow, slightly hazy, enormous and consistent head. Fantasticv taste: fruity, malty, incredibly fine hop flavour, slightly yeasty. This is undoubtedly the best beer I’ve ever had.
