on tap at the brewery in the South Bohemian hamlet of Drazic. Dark colour, nearly black. Complex flavours: caramel, hints of toffee and coffee, fruity and slightly hoppy. Dry finish and hoppy aftertaste.

On tap at the Pivovarsky klub, Prag: Literally black coloured, firm creamy brownish head, distinctive roast-malty, a bit coffeeish and a bit fruity nose, a bit similar to a Porter, robust bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, gentle MF, drier fruity and coffeeish with some roast-malty notes. A fine, satisfying brew.........
