does not count kmech7 (1), USA May 31, 2008 I fell in love with this pale ale when i was in austrailia 3 years ago. it is a great taste and not a lot of BS.....
Chrism86 (108), Melbourne, Australia Nov 2, 2008 I was finding it hard deciding what i should choose for my 100th rate. I’ve got an abundace of classics in my cellar but couldn’t decide on which one. so i figured i’d go with this instead.
Pours slightly hazy golden orange with a substantail off white coloured head. Aromas are dominated by hops: grassy & herbaceous with passionfruit and grapefruit hints. Early palate shows off the rather overt passionfruit notes while the mid palate brings some sweetish crystal malt. Finish is dominated by bitter and slightly astringent hops. kenbeer (28), , Australia Oct 9, 2008 A wonderfull beer! The aroma reminds me of passionfruit, perhaps from cascade hops. Little Creatures is certainly not lacking in its flavour. This is a very drinkable beer, and I would have to rate it as one of Australias finest. Anglofile (132), Piti, Guam Oct 8, 2008 Really nice Aussie beer, as compared to other Aussies. First sniff is hoppy, hoppy, hoppy. Taste is similar. Palate isn’t fantastic but good. I really like the little creature indents in the bottles. saxo (2405), Højbjerg, Aarhus, Denmark Oct 3, 2008 Bottle. Small head with short duration. Color is hazy amber. Aroma and taste are malt, hops, caramel. Crisp and clean. Hansen (1826), Randers, Denmark Sep 19, 2008 Yellow, golden colour and a bit unclear. Has a very lasting, white head. Standard aroma, perhaps some grass, hay. Flavor starts moderate sweet, malty and finish with a long lasting bitterness, real nice.
