Commercial Description:
Since the giant wooden doors opened for the first time at Little Creatures Brewery’s Fremantle base, the popular pilsner has been on the bar alongside the nationally released Pale Ale and Rogers’ Beer. We like the idea of lager styles being crisp, clean and elegant as opposed to overly "meaty", malty or sharp. This is a refreshing pilsner based on the classically structured European examples that use the finest Saaz hops and a patient fermentation regime.

Not little creatures best beer. A pretty straight forward pale lager with a bit of craft to it. Might be a good gateway beer for macro drinkers.

Bottle. Clear yellow liquid. Very light head that disappeared quickly. Low carbonation. Some citrus in the aroma/taste. Ok beer.

Bottle. Quite a good one. Nice initial bitterness and a decently crisp palate. Could possibly do with a slightly stronger flavour, but is nevertheless a good drinking beer.

Tap. Flavour is not bad, it has strong bitterness, and good duration. Aroma is lightly floral. Medium body, and slightly watery texture. Yellow colour, with a white head that disappears.

Pale straw colour with a small creamy head. Very mild hop aroma. Nice hoppy bitterness, bubbles are a bit sharp, bit like drinking soda water. Again a fairly average beer.

I had this beer at the Summit in Sydney. Very nice restaurant with great food, but they all need a better beer selection. As a pils it had very little aroma. It poured a clear gold with a white head. Decent hop bitterness, much better than American Macros. I know they have better stuff, just wish I could have tried it.

Another good beer from Little Creatures. Pours with a good head and looks clean and crisp in the glass. Good finish that lasts. Malty aroma with a hint of sweet citrus.
