Commercial Description:
Cask & Bottle Conditioned;
Moor Ale is a special ale dedicated to the Yorkshire Moores. The beer is red brown in colour with a rich and full bodied taste of caramel with hints of heather and peat. Moor Ale is specially brewed for the Autumn and Winter when the moors are as brown as the ale itself. This is ale for the beer connoisseur.

Sweet malt hop aroma with stone fruit. Murky orange red brown colour with fair head and lacing. Sweet malt stone fruit flavour. Flat palate.

Bottle. Large creamy beige head that mostly lasted. Clear flat looking body with a golden color. Aroma of cookie, caramel / toffee, grain, citrus. Medium bodied with an average carbonation. Moderated sweet flavor with light bitter notes. Light bitter and somewhat dry finish.

(Bottle 50 cl) Clear, amber golden with a fine, off-white head. Lightly tart, fruity aroma. light in body, dry, lightly malty with a dry finish. OK but unspectacular. 070907

Amber colour with an off white head. Malty, berry fruity aroma with some floral notes. Malty, fruity sweet flavor with herbal notes. Light dry and bitter finish.

Bottle. Muddy amber with a little fine film head. Traces of oranges and lemon in the aroma. Also some ginger and red currants. Sweet taste with some flowery hoppyness making it lightly bitter.
