Commercial Description:
Cask; Regular.
Litton Ale is created from a recipe by a master brewer. Only natural ingredients go in to the beer and the water used is spring water from the hillside behind the Queens Arms. Litton Ale is a special beer that gains a lot of its taste from the spring water

Cask at Southwestern Arms, Southampton. Pale nut brown. Sweetish and lightly roasty. Light bodied with a touch of lemon. Drier finish with quite a lot of grassy/resiny bitterness. Not great.

A refreshing beer. Not particularly strong, but it is pleasant with a slightly fruity aftertaste. A good session beer.

Cask conditioned - no sparkler. A copper coloured beer with a slightly sour smell. The taste is fruity (again slightly sour) but is somewhat unbalanced.
