Hazy yellow-orange color, smallish white head, some lace. Diacetyl, banana and clove in the nose. Banana, bubblegum, sweetish overriped banana - nice. Light citrus acidity in the finish. Quite good!

Dec 15, 2008 On tap. Pours a very hazy golden with an off-white head. Lots of yeast and phenols in the nose. Medium body, dominated by citrusy notes, a little perfumy spiciness and lots of yeast. Somewhat astringent finish. Style-wise it appears as a strange hybrid between a Hefe and a Wit. 270608

Aug 28, 2008 Hazy amber with medium off white head. Sweet fruity aroma with yeasty and banana notes. Sweet flavor with banana, yeasty and caramel notes. Ends sweet.

Potent banana and phenolics dominate the aroma. Cloudy and very dark yellow with a lasting white blanket. Dry, "hollow" flavour with an intriguing herbal bitterness and traces of black pepper. Light body, low carbonation, especially for style, clean finish.

Aug 10, 2008 Draught at the brewpub:Cloudy, quite stable white head; very perfumed clovey nose with a dash of yeast; moderate bitter-sweet taste; bitter-dusty-clovey finish. The kind of Weizen, that I don’t like at all......... Czech beer #333!!!

Aug 9, 2008 (6/27/08) Draught at the brewpub in Plzen. Cloudy yellow with a medium, quickly-diminishing, white head. Aroma has some banana, some spiciness and diacetyl. Sweetish fruity flavor with banana. Quite light in body.
