Pours a slightly hazy orange with a small semi-lasting white head. Nice aroma of frresh citrus hops and enough malt to back it up -- pleasant! Flavour’s the same with a long bitter finish, quite tasty. Good body for the style. Simple, but still a very enjoyable IPA, it would make a great session Ale. jerc (3923), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Green fresh hops, some orange, in the aroma is quite nice. Intensely green leafy hops in the flavour needs a bit more citrus and balance for my tastes but is quite interesting nonetheless. Average palate. I look forward to trying another IPA from them, a solid effort. 8/3+/7/3/15 BBB63 (4232), La Porte, Indiana, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 24, 2006 Michigan BGF 06: Hazy copper with a frothy head. The aroma has notes of grapefruit, grassy hops, bready malts and pepper. The taste has a clean fresh hop bitterness and citric nature. Moderate biscuity malt balance finishing with bitter and dry. The mouth feel is sharp and lively, some what biting. Mice beer to start the day but could be a bit heavier on the palate.
