(Draught) Pours a cloud yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of apple juice, pineapple, cinnamon, biscuit, nutmeg, pepper, and a touch of mint. Flavor of hops (citrus, herbal, earthy) with biscuity malts.

Cask at Brazen Head. Very pale straw coloured beer. Slightly hazy appearance. The aroma is quite lovely. Sort of bright and citrusy with a bit of fresh floral aromatics as well. Zesty and herbal with a touch of citrusy tartness. The flavour is a little bit astringent with a touch of cheesiness, but there is also a prominent citrusy bitterness. It smells substantially better than it tastes, but it’s not too bad.

Draft at The Livery. Poured a hazy golden color with an average frothy white head that was mostly lasted and had good lacing. Medium complex hop aroma. Medium body with slick texture and soft carbonation. Moderate to heavy bitter flavor with a medium to heavy bitter finish of moderate duration. Good complex brew.

Cask at brewpub, served in pint glass: Very hazy deep amber with a small head and spotty lace. The aroma has notes of apple and pear yeast esters, grassy and herbal aromatic hops, biscuity malt and a slight peppery vapour. The taste is quite twangy and fruity throughout with a fresh light bitterness and chewy malt component. Peppery and flowery upon the finish. The mouth feel is very smooth and refreshing. A classic pub styled IPA (abit a tad too much alcohol for a session ale), LOVELY and even the local Brit seemed to like it quite a lot.

[Draft @ Livery] Poured an amber color with a small, off white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of caramel malts, grass, tea leaf, citrus fruits, and toast. Taste of citrus fruits, grassy hops, some pine, caramel, and a dry, moderately bitter finish.

Cask at the Brazen Head: Hazy light golden pour with a white film of head. Mildly citric hop aroma- some lemony citrus notes and a light dry bread crust presence. Light velvety body- some citric lemony hop notes in the flavor with a light crackery background. Seems like a generously hopped pilsner. Fairly crisp, clean and mild. Pretty easy going IPA.

Cask at the Brazen Head. Pale yellow pour with almost no head. Peachy, sweet, airy aroma, with notes of fresh apple skins. Medium bitterness, orange pith flavor, with a very mild body. Fairly thick but still light. A touch metallic. A good refreshing IPA though.

Very nice English-style IPA. Classic pour, hazy golden and topped with a small thin head. Verynice biscuity/bread dough sweet malts and moderate earthy/herbal/floral hopping with a few citrus notes underneath as well. Very fruity yeast profile only adds to the fun.
