The aroma has notes of apple and pear yeast esters, grassy and herbal aromatic hops, biscuity malt and a slight peppery vapour. The taste is quite twangy and fruity throughout with a fresh light bitterness and chewy malt component. Peppery and flowery upon the finish. The mouth feel is very smooth and refreshing. A classic pub styled IPA (abit a tad too much alcohol for a session ale), LOVELY and even the local Brit seemed to like it quite a lot. bu11zeye (5495), Frisco, Texas, USA
