22 oz bomber hand bottled by BBB63. Pours a cloudy deep orange caramel with no head. Aroma of bitter citrus, pine resin and floral hoppiness. Taste of bitter orange citrus and grapefruit with notes of malt, pine resin and floral hops. Very good.

Draft at brewpub. Poured hazy dark amber with an average frothy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Heavy sour citrus and small malty aroma. Medium to full body with a smooth sticky texture. Medium bitter flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. This is a solid drinkable beer.

Enjoyed at the DL Hampton Party. This was the role model for anIIPA: big blast of resiny citrus smelling hops with a dash of sweet maltiness.Very nice. Lingering on the tongue

growler-DLD06 thanks to BBB63 for providing this one. clear bright orange with a very small white head. big passionfruit aroma on the nose. flavors are piney, mangos, pinneapple, and some peach. flavors are cloyingly sweet, citric, and without much piney hops to balance all the sweetness. body is lush and surupy. a good start, just needs more piney hop selections to balance it all out.

Draft @ The Livery: Slightly hazed copper color with a muedium sized off-white head. Big hoppy grapefruit flesh aroma. Notes of caramel. Citrus and piney hop flavor with some fruity notes and caramel. Medium body.

Growler... DLD06... Clear, deep amber ale with a small, fizzy, off-white head. Notes of pine, caramel an dried apricot constitute the nose. The flavor is a marriage of rich, buttery caramel and freshly cut grapefruit. Full-bodied and oily with medium carbonation. Finishes lightly sweet, medium bitter and then dry.

Served up at the Dark Lord/Hampton Inn tasting 06. I’m guessing it was provided by BBB63. Nice. Smells like a Juicy Fruit factory. Appears orange, but heading towards brown, if that makes any sence. Some off white head. Pretty underwhelming flavor. Some hop character, just not enough. And the malt is hardly there, resulting in a lighter body than I’d like in and IIPA. On the timid side.
