Hazy amber big IPA where the house yeast is more apparent than usual.
I like:
Exquisite hop blend produces a very complex aroma. Incredibly piney, powerfully aromatic, but ultimately not so bitter at all. Concentrating on aromas and these are concentrated indeed. Also surprisingly not very citrusy at all. Original in that regard.
I dislike:
The yeasty sourish breadiness takes a lot of room here and attenuates the toasty feel. Surprisingly has very little carbonation at all, though I’m not sure it’s something I disliked. Not much happens outside the hop scope, but well-focused.

Attractive fruity aroma including the likes of mango, orange, and melon. Medium bodied (without being syrupy) and slightly sweet. Mild to moderate hop bitterness. Lots of fruit in the flavor, as foreshadowed by the aroma. I tasted orange, mango, and apricot. There was also a crushed pine needle accent. Very nice. bdigital (586), Ft Wayne, Indiana, USA

Nose hints at grassy hops, resin, flowers and lemon. Big, lemongrass taste that is bittered up to the heavens...some pale malts and floral notes are their along with a light citrus accent. Enough said... but this one is much better than it sounds. Turns out you can get a ton of flavor and complexity out of one hop variety and one malt. Well done.
