Commercial Description:
Using fresh Fuggle hops from Washington, Brewmaster Steve has concocted an English malt IPA hopped over the top with this classic English hop. Lots of crystal malt lends a deep copper color and sweetness to balance the hop spice.

Very appealing wet-hop aroma...fresh herbal quality along with the citric fruitiness. Copper pour with white head. Tastes of fresh herbal, earthy hoppiness and crystal malt biscuity sweetness. Pretty tasty, if simple IPA.

Growler from BBB63. Pours murky copper with a little dirty white head. I get a bit more malt character in the nose than hops. I get quite a bit of sweet malt flavor too. This thing finishes pretty damn bitter. Medium body. Very dry finish. It really doesn’t taste all that fresh.

Tap and served in standard pint glass: Hazy deep coppery hue with a small lingering head. The aroma has forefront of fruity and herbal Fuggles, biscuity and toasty malts, earthy yeast and a hint of aspirin. The taste is clean and bright hop forward bitterness, slight fruity notes, Roasty sweet malt background leads towards a slight minerally finish. The mouth feel is lively and crisp, This shows the hop character very well. As is the case with many single hop brews, it is not very complex but is still well made.
