xnoxhatex (753), Chicago, Illinois, USA May 5, 2008 Hand pull at the brewery. Real murky brown with small tan head. Real light citrus aroma with light caramel malt. Mostly grassy hops in the flavor with a little dirtines and light caramel malt. Medium body that still seems a little thick, ofcourse little to no carb. Pretty refreshing but the grassiness takes a little away from it.
Glouglouburp (1872), Montreal, Quebec, Canada Jun 6, 2008 In short: A bland lifeless blonde ale calling itself an IPA
How: Tap at brewpub
The look: Cloudy golden blonde body with a small white head.
In long: Shy nose. Body is disappointingly watery. Dead carbonation and lifeless mouthfeel. Overall sensation of old peach and citrus fruits juice with a few bubbles here and there. Not an IPA but any stretch of the imagination. Ok so chicks know as much about hops as they do about auto-mechanics. sneagrams3 (1342), St. Louis, Missouri, USA May 12, 2008 Tasted 4/27/08. 6oz Hand Draw from the brewpub. Clear with a honey golden hue. Bright hoppy nose. Grassy straw and doughy aromas. Medium bodied. Smooth with low acidity and no effervescence. Bright yet rolling hop palate. Sticky body. Solid yet muted. heemer77 (3609), North Liberty, Iowa, USA May 6, 2008 On tap at the brewpub. The body was meidum amber. The aroma was oranges with some peanuts. The taste was bitter tea with some toffee. A smooth body. Rciesla (712), Brick City, New Jersey, USA May 4, 2008 Draft at the brewery. Amber with light tan head. ARromas was that of hops and hearbs. Sweet malt to a bittering hopped finish. My favorate at the brewery.
