Peach Schnaps disguised as beer.

As experimental as it gets. Not overly warming for a 14% ale. Not too thick, it sure has a syrupy side, but it’s not its only trait. Peaches feel juicy, very well extracted, ripe and concentrated. Unexagerated bourbon presence despite the apparent 3 different sojourns in different barrels over a year.

Strong fusel alcohol presence goes straight to your head. We border rubber flavours at regular times. Very, very sweet, though not so much as I anticipated. Hard to finish, one I don’t want to try again.
bu11zeye (3887), Frisco, Texas, USA Sep 30, 2008 (Draught) Pours a hazy amber body with a spare off-white head. Aroma of peach, caramel, light vinous, and subtle oak. Flavor of sour peach with a dry oaky finish. The alcohol is nicely hidden for this big beer. marcus (1095), Sacramento, California, USA Sep 22, 2008 On tap at the brewery. This is a reddish gold ale with a strong fruit and alcohol nose. There is an intense sour peach flavor that is very agreeable and some nice oak flavors at the finish. This is a top-notch fruit beer. kmweaver (2212), Sparks, Nevada, USA Sep 19, 2008 Draft @ the Livery. Pours a clear, bright orange color; mostly headless with a slight viscosity by the time I got to trying it. An enormous amount of peach juice and sweet fresh peaches in the aroma; very reserved sweetness with tons of character; like fruit cocktail minus the syrup. Medium-to-full mouthfeel: loads of sweet, dense genuine peach character; lightly tart, slightly heavy and viscous in the mouth, with just loads of dense, heavy peach notes; you can most certainly taste the generous fruitiness in this beer; relaxed carbonation, and somewhat heavy, but just a generous, juicy, fresh peach beer. Very light tartness present. Lengthy finish: lasting peach juice, fruit cocktail, and a slight citrus tartness; sweet end. pepsican (777), the beer wastelands of, Iowa, USA Aug 26, 2008 GTMW! murky orange with a small off white head. Heavy butterscotch and sweet fruit aroma. Flaor is similar, lots of peach and booze with some bourbon. Finishes mildly sour, refreshing.
